MediSathi is a personal medication reminder and organizer designed to help users manage their daily medicine schedules. It is purely an organizational tool.

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

MediSathi is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice. All data entered in the app is used solely as a personal organizer. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. The developer assumes no liability for health outcomes arising from use of the app.

We collect only what you explicitly enter. No background data collection occurs.

Data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security. If you enable cloud sync:

• Data is backed up exclusively to your personal Google Drive account
• All data in transit is encrypted using Google's security
• Dhruvian Labs has zero access to your personal health data at any time

MediSathi integrates with the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy.

• Google Sign-In — user authentication
• Google Drive — optional cloud backup and sync
• Google AdMob — non-personalized in-app advertisements
• AI / LLM Services — optional prescription scanning (data not retained)

Dhruvian Labs is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

You retain full control over your data at all times.

• Export your medication data to a local file
• Clear all local app data and preferences
• Delete your Google Drive backup directly from app settings
• Revoke Google Sign-In access at any time from your Google Account

Dhruvian Labs does not process, analyse, sell, share, or monetise your health information in any form. All health-related data remains exclusively under your control — on your device and in your Google Account.

You can request permanent deletion of all your data at any time:

1. Open the MediSathi app on your device
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Tap "Delete Google Account Data"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Upon deletion: all locally stored data is permanently removed, any Google Drive backups are deleted, and Dhruvian Labs retains no copy of your personal data.
